Privacy Policy
SalesHedge LLC | Hedge GTM Advisory | hedgegtm.com
Effective date: October 18, 2026
1. WHO WE ARE AND SCOPE OF THIS POLICY
Hedge GTM is a go-to-market advisory business operated by SalesHedge LLC, a Florida limited liability company (referred to as “Hedge GTM,” “SalesHedge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information through hedgegtm.com and www.hedgegtm.com (together, the “Site”), through business inquiry communications, and when evaluating proposed Hedge GTM advisory engagements.
Our Site is primarily an informational website for business and professional visitors, not a self-service software subscription platform. This Policy does not govern a separate SalesHedge.ai software product, and it is not a substitute for any distinct notice or contractual terms applicable to client information processed as part of a signed advisory engagement. Where we handle personal information during client services, applicable law and the relevant service or data-processing agreement may impose additional requirements.
2. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND SOURCES
2.1 Website inquiry information. When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your first and last name, business email address, company name, and details of the discussion you request. Depending on the inquiry form then in use, this may include your professional role, type of engagement, principal growth challenge, approximate size of your sales and partner teams, and optional comments. We may also collect the originating webpage and submission time. The particular information requested is shown on the form when you submit it.
2.2 Correspondence and relationships. If you email us or communicate with us through professional networks or meetings, we may receive your business contact details, telephone number if provided, scheduling preferences, correspondence, professional background, and information reasonably relevant to a requested proposal or advisory discussion. We may also receive business contact details from a professional referral or your organization where lawfully supplied.
2.3 Website technical information. To deliver, operate, and protect the Site, our hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser or device characteristics, user-agent information, requested webpages, referring pages, timestamps, and access or security logs. We use Vercel hosting, and visits may be redirected to www.hedgegtm.com over HTTPS. Hosting and security providers may process technical data independently of optional browser cookies.
2.4 Information you should not submit. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card data, sensitive personal information, third-party trade secrets, or regulated personal-data files through public website forms. An initial inquiry does not establish a confidentiality agreement; contact us to arrange an appropriate signed agreement before exchanging sensitive business materials.
3. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
3.1 Business requests and proposals. We use information to respond to inquiries, communicate with prospective clients, assess whether our advisory services may be suitable, schedule discussions, and prepare proposals or potential engagement arrangements.
3.2 Relationship administration. We use business contact and correspondence information to maintain communications, support prospective or ongoing professional relationships, organize meetings, and retain appropriate records of discussions and decisions.
3.3 Site and security operations. We use relevant technical information to provide the Site, manage form submissions, diagnose technical issues, defend against abuse, protect systems, and maintain operational reliability.
3.4 Legal and permitted communications. We may use necessary information to comply with applicable law, respond to legitimate legal processes, enforce or defend rights, and send relevant business communications or marketing messages where permitted by law. You may object to or opt out of promotional messages as described below.
4. LAWFUL BASES WHERE EU OR UK DATA PROTECTION LAW APPLIES
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies to a particular processing activity, our legal basis depends on the facts and may include: (a) legitimate interests in responding to business contacts, managing professional relationships, operating a secure website, and evaluating prospective engagements, balanced against individuals’ rights; (b) steps requested by an individual before entering into a contract, or performance of a contract with that individual where applicable; (c) compliance with a legal obligation; or (d) consent where required, such as for certain optional technologies or marketing activities. We do not rely on the contract basis merely because a person contacts us on behalf of a corporate customer.
Where consent is our legal basis, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object in circumstances recognized by applicable law. Whether EU or UK privacy law applies to a U.S. business depends on the specific establishment, targeting, monitoring, and processing activities; merely viewing the Site from another country does not, by itself, establish that every foreign privacy law applies.
5. WHERE INFORMATION IS PROCESSED AND SHARED
5.1 Website hosting and communication services. We use Vercel for website hosting and Google services for business inquiries and correspondence. The website inquiry form uses Google Apps Script to handle submissions; inquiry details may be recorded in Google Sheets and followed by a notification email to hello@hedgegtm.com. We use Google Workspace services, including Gmail and Google Drive, for relevant business email and document storage. These service providers process information under their applicable service arrangements.
5.2 Authorized recipients. We may disclose personal information to personnel and approved subcontractors or collaborating advisers who need it for legitimate business activities and are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations, and to lawyers, accountants, or other professional advisers when reasonably necessary. Access to confidential client materials is governed separately by applicable written agreements and restrictions.
5.3 Legal and organizational events. We may disclose limited information to comply with lawful requests, protect legal rights and security, or support a legitimate merger, reorganization, or transfer of business assets with appropriate protections. We do not make inquiry records publicly available as a routine business practice.
5.4 No personal-information sale. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising under the business practices described here. We use service providers for website operation and business communications as explained in this Policy. If those activities change, we will update our disclosures and implement any choices or controls required by law.
6. CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT INFORMATION AND ADVISORY MATERIALS
During an advisory engagement, a business may voluntarily provide nonpublic commercial information, plans, or other confidential materials. We ordinarily do not maintain separate repositories of customer datasets, intellectual property, or other assets beyond information reasonably necessary for authorized correspondence and document exchange through business email and controlled Google Drive storage. Information in email, shared documents, cloud storage, and provider-managed backups is nevertheless stored and processed and may remain subject to legal and contractual safeguards.
The confidentiality, authorized use, subcontractor access, retention, and return or deletion of engagement-specific information may also be regulated by the signed Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement, Services Agreement, or an applicable data-processing agreement. This website Policy does not transfer ownership of client materials, authorize unrelated use of trade secrets, or eliminate statutory privacy obligations.
7. COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
We do not currently use Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, advertising pixels, or non-essential behavioral tracking cookies on the Site. Our hosting and security providers may nevertheless process request metadata or use technologies needed to operate and secure the Site. You may be able to manage browser storage through your browser settings, although restricting necessary technologies can affect functionality.
If we add analytics, embedded scheduling tools, advertising technologies, or other non-essential cookies, we will update this Policy and provide notice, consent mechanisms, or privacy choices where legally required. We do not treat a browser setting as an adequate substitute for required prior consent where such consent is mandatory.
8. HOW LONG WE RETAIN INFORMATION
8.1 Prospective client inquiries. For people who inquire but do not become customers, our standard is generally to retain inquiry details and related correspondence for up to twelve (12) months after the last meaningful business interaction, unless a lawful reason requires or permits longer retention. A meaningful interaction includes an inquiry, response, meeting, proposal exchange, or substantive business conversation; simply opening a message or conducting an internal administrative review does not restart this period.
8.2 Manual review and exceptions. Prospect records are subject to periodic manual review and owner approval for deletion; deletion is not automatic. Longer retention may be necessary for ongoing discussions, contracts, tax or legal recordkeeping, disputes, security matters, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Information connected with active clients or completed engagements may follow a different lawful and documented retention schedule.
8.3 Provider copies. Removing data from active email, Sheets, or Drive locations may not immediately erase copies held in provider-managed backups, version history, security logs, or other restricted archival systems. Such residual data may remain subject to provider retention cycles and applicable legal duties.
9. INFORMATION SECURITY
We use administrative and technical measures intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure, having regard to the nature of the data and services used. Such measures may include controlled sharing permissions, account protection, HTTPS transport for the website, and appropriate service-provider configurations. No website, communication channel, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Please contact us if you believe information provided through the Site has been exposed or mishandled. We will assess reported incidents and take actions or provide notices where required by applicable law and contractual obligations.
10. INTERNATIONAL VISITORS AND DATA TRANSFERS
SalesHedge LLC operates from the United States. Information you provide may be processed or accessed in the United States or other countries in which authorized service providers operate, and those jurisdictions may have different data protection rules. Where a particular law requires a mechanism or additional safeguards for a restricted international transfer, we will assess and use the legally applicable mechanism before making that transfer.
The existence of an international business inquiry does not necessarily establish that EU or UK data protection law applies to all of our activities. Where additional notices, a local representative, a data-processing agreement, or an international transfer mechanism are required by law for a particular engagement or processing activity, those arrangements must be assessed and implemented separately.
11. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES
11.1 Requests. Depending on the law that applies to your personal information, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, or information about disclosures; to object to particular uses; to withdraw consent; or to appeal certain decisions. These rights are not absolute and may be limited by valid statutory exceptions.
11.2 How to contact us. To submit a privacy request, email hello@hedgegtm.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. Please describe your request and sufficient context for us to locate relevant information. We may reasonably verify your identity or authority before responding and will respond within any legally applicable deadline.
11.3 Regulatory complaints. Where applicable law provides the right, you may raise a concern with a relevant data-protection regulator or supervisory authority. We encourage you to contact us first so we can investigate, but this does not limit any statutory right to complain.
12. BUSINESS EMAILS AND MARKETING CHOICES
We may send responses to your requests and other administrative messages relevant to an actual or proposed business relationship. We send promotional or general business updates only where allowed under applicable law. If you receive a marketing email from us, you may use the opt-out method provided in that message, where available, or request removal by emailing hello@hedgegtm.com. Opting out of marketing will not necessarily stop necessary transaction-related or legally required communications.
13. CHILDREN AND THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
The Site is designed for business professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through the Site. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
The Site may link to websites or services operated by third parties. Their data practices are governed by their own privacy notices and policies, and a link does not make us responsible for their independently controlled practices.
14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Site, actual information-processing practices, service providers, or legal requirements. We will post the updated version with a revised effective date and provide additional notice when required by applicable law. Please review this page periodically for updates.
